Hi, I'm Holly.

I've been exactly where you are.

I used to be stuck in the same fitness cycle that I now help my clients get out of. I would train a lot, try dieting and put so much effort into creating a body I loved. Nothing worked.

My own transformation changed not only how I took care of myself, but how I coach, where consistency built on the right plan beats perfection.

I live by "practice what you preach", meaning I hold nothing back, helping women like you turn your efforts in training into your dream physique.

How does the online coaching programme work?

After signing up, you’ll complete an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any preferences or limitations. From there, I’ll create a personalised workout plan and nutrition guidance tailored to you. You’ll receive weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.

Do I need any special equipment?

The equipment required will depend on your fitness goals and the program we design together. Some plans require basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, while others are designed for home workouts using just bodyweight exercises. I’ll always tailor your plan to what you have available.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

The amount of time you need will depend on your goals and the program we create for you. On average, my clients commit 3-5 hours per week to their fitness routines. We’ll work together to ensure your schedule is realistic and sustainable for you.

What happens if I miss a workout or fall behind?

Life happens! If you miss a workout or fall off track, just reach out to me, and we’ll adjust your plan. The goal is to build consistency over time, not perfection. I’ll help you stay on track, offer motivation, and help you get back into the routine.

What are your rates for online coaching?
